  • We accept Cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, E-Transfer, Money Order/Bank Draft.
  • ***NOTE: If you selected VISA or MASTERCARD as your Preferred Payment Method
    when creating your account, your invoice balance will be charged to the credit card you registered with after the auction closes. Once charged, if you want to change to another method and have your credit card refunded, there will be a 3% fee to cover the cost of running your credit card.
  • If ‘alternate’ payment method is chosen at time of registering, please ensure items are paid for by 5 pm the Tuesday following the auction.
  • If paying by e-transfer, send e-transfer to: bob@doddsauction.com.
  • Prior to sending e-transfer, please double check to ensure payment hasn’t already been processed using your registered credit card.
  • If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agree to when registering in our auction.

PICK UP INFO

    • It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the items listed on your invoice.
    • NO Pick Ups Sat/Sun – day of auction / Dodds closed on Sundays.
    • 2 PICK UP DAYS – MON/TUE (week following the auction) – 9 am – 5 pm.
    • ITEMS NOT PICKED UP by 5 pm the Tuesday following the Auction will be considered abandoned and NO REFUNDS given.
    • If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder,
      agree to when registering in our auction.
    • Please make sure you bring your own boxes/help to disassemble/load and any tools/loading equipment (if necessary) as we are not responsible to provide.

  • Dodds Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping.
  • We DO NOT provide shipping quotes.
  • If you prefer to handle your own shipping, please specify this under ‘Shipping Preference’
    at time of registration.
  • If the shipment does not fall within the Canada Post restrictions (30 kg), you will need to
    arrange an alternative shipper (Canpar, DHL, UPS are a few suggestions).
  • NOTE: Shipping may not be feasible on some items due to size/weight. We will not ship
    dishes/glassware unless it’s a very small lot. We do not ship furniture or mirrors.
  • There will be a packaging fee added to cover time/supplies.
