- All payments must be made at Dodds Auction Vernon.
- We accept Cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, E-Transfer, Money Order/Bank Draft.
***NOTE: If you selected VISA or MASTERCARD as your Preferred Payment Method when creating your account, your invoice balance will be charged to the credit card you registered with after the auction closes. Once charged, if you want to change to another method and have your credit card refunded, there will be a 3% fee to cover the cost from running your credit card. - If ‘alternate’ payment method chosen at time of registering, please ensure items are paid for either On-Site in Vernon or at Dodds in Vernon by 4:00 pm the Thursday following the auction.
- If paying by e-transfer, send e-transfer to: bob@doddsauction.com.
- Prior to sending e-transfer, please double check to ensure payment hasn’t already been processed using your registered credit card.
- If you do not pick up your items by the deadline and your invoice is still outstanding, your credit card will be charged as this is a contractual agreement you, the bidder, agrees to when registering in our auction.

- We will not be bringing any items back from the ‘On-Site’ to Dodds Showroom
to be picked up. - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ‘On-Site’ by 4 pm Thursday, Feb 20, will be considered
abandoned and NO REFUNDS given. - Please make sure you bring your own boxes/help to disassemble/load and any
tools/loading equipment (if necessary). Further, while we have provided this service
for years, due to staffing shortages, etc., we no longer can continue to carry and
load your items. Please help us out by bringing people to help you.

Can’t Attend – Call Us & We’ll Test an Item for you. However, It is the responsibility of the Bidder to determine the condition, suitability, etc. of the lot you are bidding on. First Lot Closes at 9 am & every 30 seconds thereafter another lot closes.
